Merge files in the order you need
Add one or more PDFs. The page list starts in file-selection order, with each document's original page order preserved. Use each page's up and down arrows to change the final order across file boundaries. The filename and original page number remain visible so you can distinguish similar pages. Download includes every remaining page in the displayed order, whether or not its checkbox is selected.
Extract a range or remove unwanted pages
Page numbers in the range field refer to positions in the current list, starting at one. For example, 4, 1-2 keeps the current fourth page followed by the first two pages. Repeated page numbers are included once. Keep range discards other pages from the workspace. Alternatively, select page checkboxes and choose Keep selected or Remove selected. These actions change only the working list; add the original file again or clear and reload to restore removed pages.
Check rotation and previews before exporting
Rotate turns a page clockwise by 90 degrees, in addition to any rotation already stored in the source PDF. Thumbnail previews are rendered from the actual document, not placeholder images. A preview failure is shown on its page; inspect the downloaded result in a PDF reader before sharing it. Forms, annotations, embedded files, bookmarks, and document-level features may not survive a page-copy workflow exactly as in the original. This organizer is not a document sanitizer, redaction tool, or signature-preserving editor.
Know the file and browser limits
Each PDF can be up to 30 MB, with 100 MB of source files in one workspace. Encrypted, password-protected, empty, and unreadable PDFs cannot be imported. Use a trusted reader to create an unlocked copy if you are authorized to do so. Large image-heavy documents can require substantially more memory than their file size, particularly on phones. This tool does not claim to compress PDFs. Changing pages or clearing the workspace cancels a pending download so an outdated arrangement is not exported.
