How invoice totals are calculated

Each quantity times unit price is rounded half up to the nearest cent. The percentage discount is rounded and deducted from the subtotal, then percentage tax is calculated on the discounted amount and rounded to cents. All five currencies use two decimal places. Quantities and prices allow up to four decimal places and a maximum of 1,000,000; invoices allow up to 100 items.

PDF downloads and printing

The downloadable PDF uses a standard Latin font. Characters that the font cannot represent produce an explicit error. For Nepali, Hindi or other Unicode text, use Print / Save as PDF with a suitable font installed on your device. Review page breaks and your browser print preview before sending.
